SALES NEGOTIATOR - BASIC SALARY UP TO £18,000, OTE £35,000 - PORTSMOUTH We are delighted to be recruiting for this very established estate agency, they are a very successful business with a high street office in Portsmouth. Due to a recent success our client is looking for a successful SALES NEGOTIATOR who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service. You will be already working successfully in a similar role. If you are currently feeling undervalued by your manager or are just simply looking for a new challenge with great established company, then this could be the role for you Very Competitive Basic Salary of up to £18,000 with a realistic £35,000 OTE. Plus car allowance. Working hours are over a 5 day week, there will be a requirement to work every other Saturday. Role & Responsibilities: - Work towards branch targets. - Accompany viewings. - Dealing with enquiries. - Booking appointments. - General Office Administration. The Ideal Person: - You will have the excellent ability to build rapport. - You will enjoy working towards targets. - You will have good listening skills. - You will be resilient & self-motivated. - You will have a UK driving Licence. You will have previous experience of successfully working in an estate agency.
