Lettings Negotiator - Basic up to £18,000 DOE, £30,000 OTE - Portsmouth We are delighted to be recruiting for this dynamic independent estate agency, they are a very successful business with modern high street offices in Portsmouth. Due to a recent success our client is looking for a successful & experienced LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service. You will be already working successfully in a similar role. If you are currently feeling undervalued by your manager or are just simply looking for a new challenge with great career prospects, then this could be the role for you Competitive Basic Salary up to £18,000 DOE, with a very realistic £30,000 OTE due to a significant amount of existing business. Working hours are over a 5 day week. Role & Responsibilities: - Work towards set targets. - Accompany viewings. - Dealing with enquiries. - Booking appointments. - General Office Administration. The Ideal Person: - You will have the excellent ability to build rapport. - You will enjoy working towards targets. - You will have good listening skills. - You will be resilient & self-motivated. - You will have a UK driving Licence. You will have previous experience of successfully working in an estate agency.
