Overview
Due to expansion, a well-known Estate Agents in Portsmouth are looking for a motivated and target driven Senior Sales Negotiator / Sales Lister to join their team. Offering great career progression and continued on going training, this role is ideally suited to come one looking to join a company for the long term. The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Generating and booking valuations · Carrying out market appraisals/valuations · Instructing properties · Conducting property viewings · Negotiating offers · Agreeing sales · Assisting with progressing sales through to exchange and completion To be considered for this opportunity; previous experience working within estate agency/property sales is essential. Experience valuing and instructing properties is required, and good area knowledge of Portsmouth would be beneficial. In return, my clients are looking to offer a basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £35,000. A car allowance or company car will also be offered. The successful candidate will work a 5 day working week to include some Saturdays. Please note, to be considered for this position a full driving licence is required.
