Sales Manager - Housing Company - North London - up to £40,000 Basic Salary Bonus Benefits We are partnered with a leading housing company who are seeking to appoint a Sales Manager to join their team based in North London. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Consultants across London developments, setting clear targets and holding your team to account. You will be responsible for managing your team budget and reporting into the leadership team. You will be an expert in residential property sales, with a good knowledge of private sales, help to buy and shared ownership. Clear communication with your team, the Sales Director, Marketing Team and Sales Progression Team is essential for this post.
