This company is a market leader and is looking for a sales negotiator to come in and hit the ground running and look to make the most of the avalible stock list Moreover, our client is very well established in the central London market and is looking to bring aboard another negotiator as a result. To be a successful sales negotiator in this company you need to be driven and target motivated. You will require some previous experience in the industry as well as an eye on career progression. The ideal sales negotiator will know how to drive the sales process and will be very ambitious in their approach to selling. Sales negotiator key responsibilities. To arrange viewings with potential buyers. Walk the purchaser and vendor through the sales process. Go through all internet leads and the CRM database to book in further viewings. Give unrivalled customer service and advice to all potential and existing clients. Look for new opportunities in the property industry and develop contacts in order to help secure future business. To assist in winning instructions within the companies agreed fee structure in order to increase the company’s market share. Sales negotiator salary basic £18,000 OTE 80k (accelerated commission structure)
