Overview
I have a new and exciting opportunity as a Property Sales Progressor with a well-known British property developer based in London. You will need to be a pro-active, confident and knowledgeable person who has experience working in the property industry. This role will require you to assist with property sales through to completion. You will need previous experience as Sales Progressor and it is vital you understand the process from exchange to completion. Key responsibilities: Responsible for the progression from initial sale, through to closing. Supporting the sales team. Updating file progression notes on the system, as well as trackers. Preparing sales progression reports and other information where appropriate. Attending meetings regarding the sale. Dealing with solicitors and other external legal parties regarding document completion. Front line customer service. Preparing handover packs to be given to custom Experience: Progressed sales through to completion Experience working within a sales team Property experience Pro-active approach to work The ability to work with a fast paced team environment.
