Better customer understanding to enhance business performance verses competitors.We are looking for a ?rst hire to join what we believe will help companies better understand their customers like never before. If we achieve this, it means we will globally improve customer satisfaction making the world a happier place OK, maybe that is bit too much, but we do have big aspirations. The founders are two amazing leaders from industry and they are funded to bring this vision to a reality. With a product already built and meeting after meeting piling into their calendars - they need someone now to run Hubspot to manage all of the leads. Top of the list to those that worked in Hubspot before, if not we can teach you. It’s kind of a sales role (so we will bonus you) but it’s key to keep it super organised. You’ll then manage the early stage conversations over email and book the meetings for the guys to attend (that’s when bonus fun time starts). This all links to marketing activity which you will help run. We are looking for someone smart and reliable who is ?exible and wants to learn about this industry and from their colleagues.
