Overview
As a serious competitor within the new homes market Fawkes & Reece have been instructed to source a Sales Progressor for one of their large house building clients to be based in their stunning head office in South East London As a Sales Progressor you are the main point of contact within the business and should be knowledgable on the steps that take place from reservation all the way through to completion Day to Day Duties: Liaising with both the Sales Team & Legal Team Ensuring all relevant paperwork is within the internal file Carrying out regular check throughout the process Keeping the management team up to date with all exchanges & completions are happening throughout the process Ensuring a smooth journey from reservation through to completion Keeping the customers up to date with the progress of their sales Providing regular reporting on sales Ensuring that all completions are on time and done as quickly as possible Due to the role having such key responsibilities and it being so important to the customer journey & the sales process only candidate with Sales Progression experience with a new build developer or estate agency will be considered for this role If you are interested in applying for this role please do so below or some more information please contact Zoe Georgiou
