Overview
A leading multi award-winning managed IT solutions and cloud hosting provider requires a sales Support Executive. You will work closely with Head of Account Management with admin activities relating to sales Responsibilities Develop strong relationships with both potential and existing customers Work with other internal departments, procurement, technical, etc. to provide customers with accurate and relevant quotes when requested. Ensure CRM tool is kept up to date at all times and process new sales leads Monitoring correspondence between the sales team and their customers Review customer accounts Providing data and reports to help the sales team Keep track of sales targets Act as a second point of contact for external clients and first point of contact for internal clients Answer phone calls Skills and Experience Needed Good customer care skills Accuracy and attention to detail Good organisational and administrative skills Good computer and keyboard skills, inc intermediate proficiency with Microsoft office An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, and an aptitude to learning An ability to work independently and as a team Proactivity My Client is looking to recruit as soon as possible.
