Rayner Personnel Vacancy SALES AND LETTINGS CONSULTANT DALSTON, E8 Basic Salary: £18,000K OTE: £35,000 (Negotiable - depending on experience) We are looking for hard working individuals to join our dynamic team as a PROPERTY CONSULTANT dealing in Sales & Lettings. Estate agency experience is not essential although experience in a sales or retail environment is beneficial. The skills required for this SALES AND LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR role will include: ·NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY ·Excellent customer service ·Strong organisational skills ·Knowledge of the sales process ·Ability to build strong business relationships ·Confident in liaising with other sectors ·Ability to work to targets Our client is an established company based on the core principles of efficient and transparent communication with clients, a targeted marketing strategy and a common sense approach to problem solving for the mutual benefit of both parties.
