This is an interactive projector designed for people with dementia and learning disabilities and autism. It’s a product and service that truly changes lives and improves the happiness levels of those that are often the most isolated in society. This company has appeared on Sky TV and also in the Guardian. If you want a company that has purpose and impact then this is the one for you. What will you be doing day to day in the role? The role involves developing opportunities for growth within existing customer bases and achieving sales forecasts. You will be building relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs and identifying new business potential. Calling warm sales leads through our automation software and CRM Processing new sales leads Sales administration including contacting sales reps and booking in appointments for them Customer management Maintaining customer relationships Handling any customer complaints Managing correspondence between sales team and clients Monitoring customer accounts Providing data and reports to help the sales team Keeping track of and working to set sales targets Answering phone calls Scheduling diaries General administration and other duties as required by the company The ideal experience, skills and character Good customer care skills with a great telephone manner Ideally previous experience of B2B sales Flexibility to adapt in the start-up environment Focused, driven and positive Able to multi-task and manage deadlines Accuracy and attention to detail Passion for social good Good organisational & admin skills Good computer and keyboard skills An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Quick to learn The great things about working here Huge social impact You're joining an early-stage company, so you can have a real impact Driven, inspiring and talented company Founder
