Overview

Rackspace is looking for a Sales Recruiter on a 12 mth FTC to cover maternity leave. The Sales Recruiter will need to deliver high quality level candidates and advance the Rackspace brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Rackspace selection process. It will involve full life cycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organisation is required. Key Accountabilities for the Sales Recruiter position: Responsible for full life cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening and selection to negotiation, offer and close, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience Provides an effective and consultative service to all stakeholders Develops and maintains strong working relationships with Stakeholders, vendors and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates Key Requirements for the Sales Recruiter position: Previous experience managing full lifecycle recruiting specifically in Sales hiring Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire talent Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders The ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage to challenge and set expectations Benefits for the Sales Recruiter position: 40 hours per week with flexibility on Start and Finish times 25 days annual leave per year plus a day off for your birthday and 1/2 day Xmas shopping A range of employee discounts Free use of our onsite Gym or subsidised memberships at specific health clubs Volunteering time off for UK registered Charity
