Graduates I'm currently recruiting for a number of roles across the property industry within Sales and Customer Relations. My clients are looking for their Spring intake of Winter graduates who want to pave a successful and lucrative career in property. This will be an immediate starting role based in Prime Central London. My client is looking for a Sales Intern on a 3-month fixed-term contract: those who shine during this period will be offered the chance to go permanent. You will be vetting people for their chance to let and buy within Central London, forging strong customer relationships and understanding their purchasing needs. This role is exclusively for graduates from all disciplines with a 2:1 grade or higher from a respected university: please note, any applicant who is NOT a university graduate from 2018 -2020 will NOT be considered for this role. Outline of job duties are below, let's talk or Sales Assisting customers around the marketing suite, noting enquiries and encouraging sales. Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and the sales office. Liaising with and selling to HNWs, investors and first-time buyers. Management of the company's database: ensuring seamless track of all data. Taking telephone calls, answering website enquiries and registering new applicants. Providing impeccable customer service at all times. Customer Relations Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone. Assume responsibility for resolving customers' issues efficiently. Maintain and update customer records in accordance with department protocols. Build strong networks internally with customer relations, Estate Management and Technical to ensure transparency and ease of communication. Assume full responsibility for your learning and ongoing education of the build and sector. Offer new ideas and innovations on how to improve all aspects of customer service within the team.
