Overview
If you have 12 months’ telesales or telemarketing experience, with experience of cold outbound calls in a B2B environment, and you’re looking for a growing, dynamic company to make the most of your skills, our City-based commercial property client would love to meet you. Company Working with London companies both large and small, and a particular expertise in the creative and tech industries, our client helps companies find the best office space for them when they’re searching for a new home. They’ve just had their best year to date and are looking to double the size of their team by the end of 2019, from 10 to 20 people. Based in the City and within hitting distance of Shoreditch, it’s a young, vibrant and dynamic company to join. Role It’s your role to find new clients, companies that are looking for a new office in London. Whether small companies or large, the services you offer can help them decide on the best location and size of office and, once decided, help them find the right space for their teams. Working from a commercial property database of 2,500 qualified contacts, you’ll be calling them to check on their property plans; if they’re looking for a move or for advice on whether to stay or move, you will book a face-to-face meeting for one of your surveyors to meet the client to discuss the potential move options in more detail. Find the right people, qualify their needs and book meetings for your team. Do that well and you’ll build yourself into a great role with plenty of role to progress. Person The Sales Talent Matrix: Does this sound like you? Knowledge : At least 12 months’ sales experience, preferably in a B2B telemarketing or telesales role making outbound calls; an interest in property is not essential but helpful. Attitude : Your attitude is the most important element of your qualification for this role: hard-working, willing to learn, positive, enthusiastic, and happy to take responsibility for your own performance. Skills : Good telesales or telemarketing skills; polished, professional phone manner; good questioning skills and a keen ear for listening to detail in answers; experience in using a sales CRM is helpful. Habits : Well-organised, punctual, hard-working and well presented. Package On offer is a salary of £25,000pa with a commission structure giving on target earnings of £40,000pa.
