They’re heading off to Vegas for their annual celebration in March - whilst you’re too late to join them this time, you could be on the plane for next year’s trip Company Working with London companies both large and small, with a particular expertise in the creative and tech industries, our client helps companies find the best office space for them when they’re searching for a new home. They offer their clients both traditional leases as well as serviced office options. They’ve just had their best year to date (beating last year’s best) and have doubled the size of their team in the last 12 months. Based in the City and within hitting distance of Shoreditch, it’s a young, vibrant and dynamic company with plenty of social events for their successful salespeople. They’re now an award-winning company too Role It’s your role to take care of inbound client enquiries, qualifying their Serviced Office needs and identifying the best areas, buildings and providers for their next step. Those enquiries may come to you direct or via your in-house telesales team (they’re good - trained by us). In a competitive market, you’ll be responsible for the speed and effectiveness of your work in helping each client to find the best space for them. You will also have the freedom to use your own contacts and market knowledge to find new business direct. Once you are speaking to a prospective client, you’ll be responsible for seeing the deal through to completion, handling all negotiations between clients and providers. This is a great role with a fast-growing company at an exciting time in their growth. Person The Sales Talent Matrix: Does this sound like you? Knowledge : At least 18 months’ sales experience, preferably 2-4 years, in a similar role within commercial property, specifically Serviced Offices. You’ve probably been working for a broker or agent in London for a few years and feel limited in your current role; you should know London well with a good understanding of the marketplace (Serviced Office providers, other agents and brokers, range of buildings and facilities available). Attitude : Your attitude is the most important element of your qualification for this role: hard-working, willing to learn, positive, enthusiastic, and happy to take responsibility for your own performance. Skills : Excellent sales skills from first call to closing deals and beyond; polished, professional phone manner; strong presentation skills; good questioning skills and a keen ear for listening to detail in answers; experience in using a sales CRM is essential, particularly handling a busy sales pipeline. Habits : Well-organised, punctual, hard-working and well presented. Package On offer is a salary of £30-35,000pa (depending on experience) with a commission structure giving on target earnings of £55-60,000pa. A range of other benefits are available (subject to a qualifying period) and a host of staff social events are organised throughout the year, including an overseas trip each year for the whole team (minimum qualifying period).
