Sales Development / Internal Sales Executive - Financial Sector ( Ref: 12,760 ) Based: Central London £25,000 to £27,000 Basic £6,000 to £10,000 Commissions ( Open ended ) plus Full Company Benefits The purpose of the role is to research, qualify and develop a warm pipeline for the Corporate Foreign Exchange (FX) Field Sales Executives working for this Company. This will enable them to focus on the acquisition of new corporate customers using the FX products and services offered by the Company. Core Skills Required Motivated and hungry to succeed with a sales driven attitude. Tele-sales experience preferred. Competent computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Results driven. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective time management skills / planning & organising skills. Hard working and motivated to exceed expectations & beat targets. Ability to communicate with senior management / business owners. Highly professional and articulate. Ability to understand new concepts and product knowledge. Confident and Sales focused. Administrative and problem solving skills. Good customer relationship building abilities. Key Responsibilities & Duties 1. Lead Qualification Ensure leads in CRM system are valid and complete. Ensure all leads have the right details. (ie) Tel No’s, Web Address, contact name & position. Develop leads through research and cold calling. Qualify leads to ensure that the lead has an FX and /or treasury deposit requirement and that it is in excess of our minimum requirements. Research extra information on leads (ie) current dealing arrangements, business ownership. 2. Sales Support Support the sales team with research & meeting preparation including preparing meeting presentations and packs. 3. Understand and verbalise the Companies value propositions Understand what the Company does and what the different divisions do. Understand what the Corporate FX team do and their value propositions. Sell the reason for someone to deal with this Company - Understand why they are different and articulate those differences / benefits to new clients / potential clients. 4. Generate client meetings for the sales team through cold calling As skills progress, call clients to set up meetings for the Corporate Sales Team. 5. Maintain professional office, phone and sales manner 6. Meet and strive to beat specific KPI’s and targets Meet targets around key objectives (ie) daily calls, leads qualified, appointments generated. 7. Research new leads and develop opportunities Conduct research into lead territories and industry verticals.
