Estate Agency Sales Area Manager - North Birmingham - Basic up to £35k Car Allowance £60k package Fantastic opportunity to work for one of the areas most sought after Independent Estate Agent Brands, with several offices in and around the area with a superb reputation. Our client are looking for a highly experienced Estate Agent who has a history of managing successful teams. You will have exceptional leadership, business development and team motivational skills and be able to work within a senior management team in order to drive and further develop your business area. The role will involve looking after up to 5 branches in the North Birmingham area where you will be working the Branch Managers and the teams to build upon their success to date. This is a hands on role, identifying opportunities to build and increase their market share, leading by example. Reporting to senior management you will monitor KPI’s from your cluster offices across all key disciplines and where performance levels are not being met agree an action plan for success. The role will require a can do attitude with the drive to support, encourage, train and mentor to ensure they retain and attract the best property professionals that the industry has to offer. You will carry out monthly manager 1:1’s, training workshops, budget setting, training, mentoring, leadership and desire to deliver are just some of the skills required.
