Overview
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Bournville - up to £20k basic plus commission Pool Car Rare opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join a very well established independent agent located in Bournville. You will be working in a small and friendly team working 5 days a week plus alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu. You will deal with all aspects of property sales; dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments, negotiating sales and progressing them through to completion with strong focus on delivering a high-end customer service. Our client is seeking a tenacious, charismatic and ambitious individual who has proven experience and who has a natural flare for negotiation and can demonstrate exceptional influencing skills. About you: ·Estate Agency experience essential ·Ability to build a rapport with ease ·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ·Immaculate presentation ·Self-starter with the desire to succeed ·Outstanding negotiation and networking skills ·Full UK driving licence You must have Estate Agency experience to apply for this role
