Overview
A prestigious 4 star Serviced Apartment hotel located in the heart of Chelsea is in search for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Manager. The purpose of the role is to account manage and generate revenue. Excellent salary £27-35k plus 20% Bonus plus Benefits. Are you target driven? Do you enjoy success? Do you thrive on challenges? JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities ·To effectively manage a portfolio of accounts ·To conduct a minimum of 8 appointments per week ·To effectively manage and develop a portfolio of Network Accounts ·To compile potential analysis figures and reports ·To monitor and communicate corporate trends and market information and act upon this information as required ·To organise and host familiarisation visits and corporate hospitality events ·To represent the hotel at exhibitions, trade shows, presentations and such like and similarly to any professional bodies and organisations ·To keep up to date product knowledge on all sales and marketing promotions and programmes and to actively sell and promote as appropriate You must bring with you, your passion, confidence, determination, drive and mostly importantly your positiveness and smile. Mon - Fri: 8.30-5 - flexibility required.
