Overview
Commercial Agent - Shoreditch - £25,000 plus commission - Mon to Fri Are you an experienced and high performing Commercial Agent? Or do you come from a sales background within the property industry and have aspirations to work in the commercial sector? We’re looking for a hardworking and efficient agent, with great attention to detail to join a well-run and modern Commercial Property company based in one of London’s most fashionable areas. The Company: Based in Shoreditch, they have been established for over 10 years and specialise in offices, industrial property, restaurants, retail and leisure where they work alongside developers, funds, property companies, local government and independent clients. Key responsibilities of the Commercial Agent: To work alongside and support two other commercial agents. Working closely with the company director. Researching on potential project. Deal with enquiries. Drafting reports and creating marketing particulars. Attending leasing and pitch meetings with clients. Maintaining and updating the CRM. Finding and leasing to tenants. Requirements: At least 1 years’ experience in commercial property. Or at least 3 years’ experience in residential estate agency sales with a proven track record. Excellent communication skills. Great attention to detail. Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure. Excellent people skills, as strong internal and external relationships are crucial. You must be professional, proactive and corporate. Good written and numerical skills.
