The company is established over 10 years ago and they have circa 40 staff. This is a fantastic role providing full training and career progression. They are happy to consider fresh graduates to up to 3 years experience. The Role: SE1 3PA They are looking for people who are after a change in a fast - paced, innovative environment intending to develop a business development and sales skillset, as part of an established team. The role requires candidates who are goal oriented, confident communicators with strong project management skills and can work well both independently and as part of a wider event team. The Delegate Sales executive will take responsibility for developing relationships with industry leaders to secure their involvement in their global series of events across multiple sectors and geographies. They will support successful candidates with comprehensive training in sales and developing a commercial and business development skillset. This is a salaried role, plus sales commission. No previous events or sales experience is necessary, although that would be beneficial. With a base salary starting at £20K - £23k , current top performers are hitting £35k/£40k OTE. Responsibilities Include: Contribute to the development of effective communication strategies for target audiences and the refinement of value propositions Communicating (by phone) conference value propositions with prospects and existing customers Collaborating closely with the research and marketing functions to analyse response from target markets to adjust business strategies accordingly Performance reporting to senior leadership Utilizing the CRM contact database and generating contact list build strategies You will work on events in various industries (such as Beauty, Personal Care, Pharmaceuticals, Health, Technology, Artificial Intelligence) and geographies (such as London, New York, San Francisco, Boston, Amsterdam, Sao Paolo, Kansas, Hong Kong, China). You have monthly sales targets and weekly KPIs. The Person: Will possess Bachelor’s level education or equivalent Track record of delivering on varied tasks to deadline and budget (within Educational/ Commercial/ Internship environments) Highly organized, methodical and process-driven Enthusiastic, ambitious, adaptable and flexible with a strong work ethic Strong writing skills Results-driven Very strong interpersonal skills - ability to engage and influence a range of people and characters If this is of interest, please send your CV over ASAP
