Customer service/ sales agent - immediate start Your new company My client is a leading parts manufacturer that is currently improving and expanding processes to remain competitive within the aerospace manufacturing sector; primarily providing shim solutions directly to aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier. Your new role This position is very important in maintaining ongoing client relationships which are key to the development of the business. Supporting and working within the Sales & Customer service team in managing accounts, developing new potential accounts as well as customer visits. Working closely with the business internal team to provide our existing and new customers a 'World Class Service'. Working with the Sales Manager to provide required reports for the Senior Management team. Supporting the Sales Manager at a high level to achieve required goals and targets and reporting this in a timely manner. What you'll need to succeed Must have STRONG SAP knowledge. Experience in effective Sales negotiation of sales contracts Accessibility and a flexible approach to travel and working (including at times unsociable and unpredictable hours) Good communicator and a team player Gravitas to earn the respect of and interact effectively with senior management The ability to challenge, using a blend of intellect and commercial experience Success against tight deadlines The ability to work without supervision Staff management skills A working level of IT hands-on literacy High degree of professionalism/work pride Energy and drive to succeed Ability to understand and prioritise work in accordance with job requirement Good communication skills Self-motivated, reliant, diligent, analytical and numerate Ability to work effectively, under pressure to meet deadlines Willing to travel in the UK and internationally as required Strong ability of working within a team Competent with Microsoft applications English & Maths GCSE Level or above Excellent knowledge of SAP What you'll get in return Competitive base salary of £30,000, flexible working hours and a great holiday package.
