In short, their experience and expertise helps companies to find the best office at the best price. Can you help by managing one of their sales teams? Role You’ll be managing one of 4 internal sales teams, with 5-8 members of the team. Their role is to speak to inbound leads to qualify needs and help find the right office for their needs. Your role is to manage them, train them and inspire them to be best they can be. This will include strategy, recruitment, coaching and reporting on all elements of your sales team’s work. You’ll be a hands-on manager who wins their respect quickly and warmly, creating an upbeat atmosphere where success is expected and celebrated. Person The Sales Talent Matrix: Does this sound like you? Knowledge : Significant experience as a Sales Manager, meeting targets consistently; excellent understanding of commercial property, specifically Serviced Offices including intimate knowledge of all providers; experience of helping sales team effectiveness through database management. Attitude : Enthusiastic and energetic in all you do, transmitting a can-do attitude to those around you; hard-working; focused; tenacious; positive every day, not just when the sun shines You should have an active commitment to continuous personal development through training and other means. Skills : Outstanding sales skills and management skills; proven ability to manage sales processes and drive improvements; skilled in mentoring, coaching and inspiring salespeople; excellent spoken and written English including outstanding personal presentation; practised ability to report sales figures, targets and strategy to senior management. Habits : Excellent organisation, including effective time management; punctual; well-prepared; constantly focused on execution and improvement.
