Sales Coordinator Role - Inbound Enquiries - Events Marketing For London's Leading Attractions £25,000K Benefits Incentives & Employee Discounts The Company Our client is a market leader in the entertainment industry. They are the owners of some of the largest entertainment venues & attractions in the UK and have an exciting growth plan The Role The role is a Sales Coordinator role. The role is working with inbound enquiries only and many repeat customers. Duties include: This role will primarily have responsibility for sales one of London's top attractions, whilst also offering sales support across the venue portfolio. You will coordinate private events so a variety of customers. To proactivelyupsell the range of hospitality options to each client Identify and develop new sales opportunities for The attraction To exceed revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by implementing strategies to increase sales. Work closely with the operations and hospitality teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery Develop relationships with trade clients and agencies to increase sales Cross sell the cluster portfolio of venues Support the wider sales team across the venue portfolio Reactive and proactive sales of the venue portfolio to support the overall sales strategy and targets Administrative support to the wider sales team as required Work alongside marketing to promote the products & events Work to and exceed agreed KPI’s including revenue targets, call targets, conversion targets and mystery shop targets. Develop relationships with third party partners Requirements The role would suit a candidate who wants to work in a fast paced environment and has excellent customer service skills. Sound commercial knowledge is essential. Understanding of P&L accounts. Sales experience & experience of up-selling is essential Experience of the hospitality/events industry would be beneficial but is not essential Experience of managing events/projects would also be beneficial The Package The salary on offer is £25,000.
