Overview

One of the most successful Serviced Office Providers in London, our client is looking for a warm, professional and effective Sales Manager to take charge of clients in one of their central London clusters (4-5 buildings). You do not need experience of the commercial property market; your attitude and skills are more important than market knowledge (though market insiders are also welcome). Company Our client is well-established and financially stable with an excellent track record of providing outstanding office space for clients, large and small, with a focus on companies in the creative, tech and media sectors. They have ambitious plans for further growth and are looking for the right people - cultural match and skills - to help in those plans. Role It’s your role to meet potential new clients when they are ready to view different offices in buildings in your area of central London. After an introductory call to check on their needs, you’ll meet them onsite at one of your buildings. Over the next 2 hours, you’ll take time to fully understand their needs (both immediate and future) and show them the right offices in the right buildings in their preferred area of London. Your aim is to help them decide, by the end of your time together, which office they’d like in which building. Once decided, your Head Office team will take over the final details of the deal and you’ll move on to your next meeting (after congratulating your client on finding their new office of course). Person The Sales Talent Matrix: Does this sound like you? Knowledge : 2 years’ sales experience, preferably including some face-to-face sales or customer service; outstanding candidates with less experience may also be considered; an interest in property is helpful but not 100% necessary. Attitude : Warm and friendly at all times, you should be hard-working, willing to learn, positive, enthusiastic, and happy to take responsibility for your own performance. Skills : Good face-to-face sales skills are imperative - this is about being welcoming whilst also moving a client forward through a decision. It’s a sales job after all But you’re selling in a gentle, customer-service style; good written and spoken English; a keen ear for listening to detail in answers is important; experience in using a sales CRM and working to a sales process is helpful. Habits : Well-organised, punctual, hard-working and well presented. Package On offer is a salary of £30,000pa with a commission structure giving realistic on target earnings of £65,000pa.
