Overview

Our client is an award-winning jewelry brand based in London. They are seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to join their team, based at their head office in central London (or if you live in Essex they have another site there) on a 6-12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). Responsibilities: Weekly update of the International Commercial report for review Be available as first point of contact for both International Sales’ Managers (ISM’s). Communicate between ISM/logistics to ensure orders are dispatched and all shipping docs are correct. Assisting with the strategy planning process and sales targets Using the system Navision for order entry Processing orders and following through all necessary administrative tasks to ensure stock is dispatched on time Maintaining an accurate knowledge of customer’s trading terms Responsibility for notifying customers of delivery dates/late deliveries etc Keep a summary of contracts for all International customers and ensure this is kept up to date Contract review/amend if necessary Advise ISM when contracts are ending and prepare accordingly Create ranges specific to customer requests Analyse Margin/P&L Assist with yearly price increase for the international market including margin analysis. Assist with export shipping documents Arranging a carnet for International Salespersons to travel with and ensuring paperwork is accurate. Experience 2 years’ experience and knowledge of working in a Sales Support Department in a commercial environment. Ideally product based support - of companies that sell into retailers. Excellent organisational and communication skills Excellent Customer Service skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Numerate and systems orientated Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Proactive 'can do’ attitude Effective cross-functional team player Self motivated with investigative, logical and problem-solving abilities Effective time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work to set deadlines Hours are 9-5, 25 days holiday per annum.
