Senior Sales Negotiator Reading £22,500 basic| OTE £40,000| Private Health Care| Increased Holiday Annual Award Trips and Prizes| Permanent| Our client, are one of the country’s leading Estate Agents and have over 200 years’ experience within this industry. They are continuously expanding and therefore seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their highly experienced team based in Reading. Included is a full training programme covering all aspects of the company and its methods for generating market share. With a particularly very generous uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £40,000 with additional bonus incentives. The main purpose of this role is to; Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service. Identify client requirements and match those to the property portfolio. Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations. Opportunities to gain promotion within the first 12 months. Manage time effectively to maximise appointment and activity levels. Attend all training courses relevant to your to enhance knowledge and performance. Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience. Must be target driven and tenacious with a proven track record of achievement. Display high standards of service and presentation. Be a car owner with a full driving licence. Have a drive to be the top of every performance table. Promotion opportunities within the first 12 months.
