Job Title: Sales Development Representative Location: London Salary: Competitive About the Sales Development Representative As the Sales Development Representative you will be part of an exciting, growing Fintech organisation. My client is going through a rapid phase of growth helping SME’s grow around the country by supporting them with Flexible finance. Using technology and Innovation my client can make it easier, quicker and more efficient process for SME’s to get funding rather than being reliant on Tier 1 Bank. My client has a team of 30 employees based in Central London,Being part of a start up company you will get perks such feeling part of a family, strong recognition for your hard work along with benefitting from being part of a millennial culture (think dress down, regular socials, Monday breakfast and Friday lunch and fast moving environment) As a Sales Development Representative your responsibilities and duties will include: Follow-up on inbound/outbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for the interested prospects Be responsible for the educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts Identify key players and stake holders, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solution to begin the sales cycle Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions Set sales qualified appointments/demos for the sales team Nature new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are at qualification stage Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.
