Overview
This first-class independent estate agency is one of the market-leaders in South West London and Middlesex and is currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join its thriving team in Battersea. To be considered for this position you will preferably have at least 1 years' experience within estate agency and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. However, our client is also willing to consider an exceptional trainee with a background in sales and a passion for property. You will be working with other negotiators so you will need to be a good team player, and someone who is able to work in a pressurised environment. The role will involve: • Registering prospective purchasers • Arranging and accompanying viewings • Sales negotiation & progression. In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate: • At least 1-2 years' experience within the property industry • Excellent face to face customer service skills • The motivation to succeed • Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity • Good presentation and communication skills. The basic salary will be in the region of £18,000 to £22,000 dependent on previous experience, with on target earnings of £40,000 to £45,000. They will also provide a company car or car allowance.
