Sales and Lettings Negotiator - £28K Basic- £40K OTE 5 DAY WEEK Our high end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Sales and Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal Sales and Lettings Negotiator candidate will have at least 2 years Sales/Lettings experience. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. Full brand training will be given for aspirational individuals. Long term opportunity to become a partner in your own business.
