Summary: ZipRecruiter are looking for an outstanding National Account Manager to help expand our ever-growing UK footprint. This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced and hungry sales professional who wants to play a key part in the growth of our UK business. As a National Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and delivering our staffing and RPO strategy, winning new business and growing ZipRecruiter’s largest accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor, share insights and continually seek opportunities to make your customers as strong and successful as possible. Responsibilities: Sourcing, engaging and winning new business with the UK’s biggest Recruitment Consultancy and RPO clients Developing a strategic business plan to drive long-term revenue growth Delivering outstanding results against highly challenging targets and all business metrics Establishing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels Leading from the front and passionately representing the ZipRecruiter brand Demonstrating a continuous desire to be the best About You: 5 years’ sales and /or business development experience, working with enterprise level clients in the Recruitment Consultancy / RPO market A highly proactive and tenacious approach to winning new business Credibility and gravitas with the ability to easily build rapport and establish valuable long-term relationships A strategic approach with an eye for detail and advanced, intelligent questioning skills Self-motivated and well organised with a systematic approach to work, you are a highly articulate team player with a competitive nature and passion for winning Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills Knowledge of PPC and programmatic ad buying Experience working with Salesforce Benefits & Perks: ·The chance to join a company at the start of something special and have an impact from day one Highly competitive salary Uncapped commission with the potential for high achievement Great potential for advancement and the opportunity to take ownership of this sales function Company Pension Scheme and life cover x 4 basic annual salary Medical and Dental Insurance Plan.
