Overview
EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, one of South East London's largest Estate Agency brands to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their thriving office based in Lewisham. The role offers a Sales Negotiatir with 6 months experience to join an office on target to bank £500,000 this year and certain career progression over the next year. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, outgoing and be looking for a real opportunity to join a company where there are many opportunities within their large network of successful branches. Interviews are taking place now and an immediate start is available. The role: Dealing with incoming sales enquiries via internet marketing, telephone, emails and walk ins Registering new buyers, discussing their requirements and identifying suitable properties Arranging and accompanying property viewings Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Identifying opportunities to generat enew business (booking in property valuations) Keeping vendors up to date with the progress of the marketing of their property Working closely with the sales team to achieve office targets The Requirements: 6 months experience in a Sales Negotiator role Clean driving licence and own car Must be driven and ambitious and have a professional approach Confident with good communication skills The Package/working hours: £16k basic salary plus pooled commission Monthly car allowance £35k on target earnings Monthly work outings Annual bonuses Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 6:30pm, Friday 8:45am - 6:00pm, Alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 6:00pm, one Sunday per month 10:00am - 4:00pm Many opportunities to progress in your career within this large network of offices To apply for this role please send your CV or alternatively contact Nikki at EA Recruitment to discuss the role in further detail.
