Account Manager Solution based professional services sales role to blue chip customer base Working as part of a Global team, lead role for EMEA customer base Consulting services deals range from £20k - £100k Proactively engage with internal teams to spot opportunities within the base Market leading business Excellent work environment and opportunity for progression Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for an Account Manager to sell consulting services within a blue chip EMEA customer base. Work with internal teams supporting your knowledge of customers and being able to spot new sales opportunities. You will be a proactive and engaging Account Manager with a proven track record of expanding revenues with the base. Experiences within consulting services, HR relocation and workforce development policy creation will be advantageous. Overview Lead and develop requests for consulting services from account management, sales and external prospects; scope projects, prepare proposals and deliver consulting engagements typically ranging from $20,000 - $100,000 Excellent selling skills with a passion for creating win win solutions Excellent presentation and client meeting skills Manage solo and team projects, including external partners, or participate in team member capacity. Manage project scope and assist in billing and service evaluation for projects. Participate with Sales and Client Services in prospect and client meetings as requested and provide subject matter expertise as requested Position as thought leader in the market through participation in education forums for colleagues and external clients and prospects, researching and writing articles and white papers and conference presentations Contribute to the development of Consulting products, tools and resources In addition, as the Account Manager you should be: Demonstrated subject matter expertise selling services to an established customer base You may come from a product, estate agency or account management background Demonstrated sales ability creating bespoke solutions Project experience in needs assessment, benchmarking, data analysis and recommendations presentation; financial implications analysis and management presentations; transition plan development, communications strategy development and program implementation Proven track record of managing large, successful client and prospect engagements Articulate communicator with strong presentation/public speaking and writing skills Minimum of five (5) years experience in sales or client focused environment Competency with Windows products/technology-Power Point, Word and Excel required; Access, VISIO and preferred; process mapping skills preferred What’s in it for you?
