Position: Business Development Account Manager Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 OTE: Realistic OTE in year 1 of £40,000 - £50,000 Location: Swindon Job Type: Permanent A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Business Development Account Manager to join a dynamic and team orientated sales environment. Business Development Account Manager role: You will work within the Pre-Sales team to uncover and solve business and technical problems for new and existing customers. You will understand customer goals and challenges around building a modern workplace and providing solutions, with supporting vendors, to meet the requirements. The role is centred around improving agile working, efficiencies and the productivity of our clients customers using the Microsoft online services portfolio. This role has been developed to target new and existing customers. The following key aims are expected: Understand solution selling and build a Modern Workplace strategy with templated offerings Proactively hunt new business within the sales teams Focus on growing consumption within existing customers Actively manage and update our Modern Workplace portfolio Deliver demonstrations/presentations on your solution area in customer meetings Create and maintain customer relationships with key stakeholders Create and maintain relationships with vendors, distributors and surrounding service partners Build and work with marketing on focused modern workplace campaigns/events About you: Solution selling experience in a similar role is desirable Ambitious self-starter with a thirst for learning and knowledge Able to work independently and collaboratively Achievement orientated - enjoy a challenge and success Pro-active, enthusiastic, persistent, conscientious, confident and a team player Ability to successfully build relationships with colleagues, customers and vendors Strong organisational and administrative skills Ability to identify customer needs and construct a solution Account Manager Benefits: Fantastic opportunity to join this market leader in the Technology industry.
