Rayner Personnel Vacancy ESTATE AGENT SALES NEGOTIATOR WAPPING, E1W Basic Salary: £25,000 OTE: £70,000 (Negotiable – dependent on experience) A vacancy has arisen with a high-end, premier brand, estate agent. They are looking for a SALES CONSULTANT who is tenacious, driven and committed. You will be responsible for liaising purchases and sellers and updating clients. You will be organising viewings and accompanying potential purchasers on their appointments, following up any interest and dealing with offers. The skills required for this SALES NEGOTIATOR role will include: Previous experience as a sales negotiator preferable but not essential Excellent customer service Strong organisational skills Knowledge of the sales process Ability to build strong business relationships Confident in liaising with other sectors Ability to work to targets Over recent years, our client’s forward thinking approach has led them to be in 50 countries internationally and to enter new global markets.
