Overview

Key Account Manager An excellent opportunity for a Senior Account Manager has become available with our client, a leading business communications provider who specialises in cloud telephony and cloud solutions. Our client is looking for someone who has extensive VOIP connectivity knowledge as well as strategic account management experience. You have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week so an autonomous, proactive approach is essential to be successful in this role. Responsibilities: Retaining and growing revenue for key accounts across the UK within the SME market Attend weekly internal sales meetings Understand client’s current and future requirements to ensure solutions are provided Negotiating new contract terms and ensure clients renew annually Arrange client meetings on-site on a regular basis to build strong working relationships Increasing the revenue opportunity within each client’s business portfolio through up-selling, cross selling and business acumen Meet and exceed sales targets Experience: Minimum 2-5 year’s experience in a strategic account management role within the telecommunications industry Experience in selling unified communications Knowledge of VOIP connectivity products An autonomous, proactive worker Strong negotiation skills The ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams Fantastic communication skills
