Job Reference Number - JR1053 Vacancy - Contracts Sales Team Manager Industry - Bathrooms and Sanitaryware Location - West London Salary - negotiable depending on experience, up to circa £45K bonus Due to reorganisation of this established sanitaryware supplier, the position of Contracts Sales Team Manager has become available. The role requires you to oversee the day to day operations of the contracts sales team, helping to drive the sales team with duties including staff management, reporting, sales etc. as well as managing any customer issues. The role will see you managing a small team of experienced staff that sell sanitaryware / bathroom products to small and medium sized house builders. Currently the majority of business is driven through word of mouth and recommendation, whilst providing an excellent service and good quality products leading to the building of excellent working relationships. The team is striving for further growth having already contributed to a large part of the success of this business. The Company The company are a very well established organisation and have been supplying quality bathroom and sanitaryware products for several years.They are a growing business with an excellent reputation. This is a very good time to join an expanding company with clear, ambitious growth plans. The Person The company is looking for an experienced, sales driven person with a good understanding of the sanitaryware market. You will be viewed as the senior person within the team ensuring that the staff are pushing to achieve good results. You will need to be able to clearly demonstrate substance & success in management and of selling bathroom products or very closely related products. You need to be computer literate with excellent work ethic and a go get it attitude sales person who has good social skills, hunger & a hardworking approach who can sell by reputation rather than price. This opportunity would suit an experienced contract sales person who is looking to be office based whilst still enjoying an element of sales. In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary package and benefits. Salary Negotiable depending on Experience up to circa £40,000 bonus and benefits.
