The Role and You Executive search is a field that requires meticulous attention to detail and strong research skills in order to service the calibre of candidates and clients it works with in a manner that is seamless and professional. As you would be dealing with top tier candidates, confidence and eloquence is required in the role as well as extensive knowledge of the market (learned through research and training). In terms of client relationships, you would be expected to build and uphold excellent relationships.
