Sales Valuer - Broker Our client is one of the market leaders in London and is looking for a Sales Broker to join its team. The role is ideal for someone looking to make the step up, or even for someone at Valuer Level who wants stability and long term career progression. Our client is looking for a Valuer/Broker who has a minimum of 9 months experience valuing properties, who is switched on, well presented and comes across well. The responsibilities for this Sales Valuer role are: Book in and carry out a high volume of viewings. Generate new business for valuations. Carry out all valuations Work closely with the sales team to gain market share. Selling Properties The Salary this role is: Up to £25k basic Genuine OTE of £60-£100k Senior Sales Negotiator - Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency - Valuations - Viewings
