Overview
Our client who are a prestigious Estate Agents based in South West London, are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator with sales experience, ideally from a similar background or would suit someone who has worked in recruitment or retail in customer services and who is sales driven. Sales Negotiator's main duties and responsibilities: Negotiating Sales / Lettings offers between relevant parties Dealing with enquiries and leads Book viewings in accordance with company guidelines Service walk in customers ensure correct details are taken and entered into the company system Carrying out viewings in a timely professional manner Provide feedback to landlords and vendor care as per the company guidelines and instructions Updating and maintaining websites and company systems Referring applicants to the designated mortgage advisor Assist / Undertake market appraisals when required Follow up potential vendors / landlords to gain instructions Communicate effectively with the Sales & Lettings Progressor Assist with floorplans and photographs when required General office administration Sales Negotiator's attributes: Excellent written and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and upon your own initiative Strong organisational skills Meticulous attention to detail Confident in dealing with clients Good working knowledge of Excel and Word Excellent telephone manner Circumstances / working conditions: Occasional extra hours as the job demands Car driver with own car General: All employees are expected to: Undertake any other tasks, which may reasonably be requested from time to time by the business Act with integrity at all times Ensure that principles of quality are embodied into all areas of work Show commitment to continuous personal learning and development Comply with all Health and Safety, Environmental issues and any other statutory or regulatory requirements Always act with the best interest of the business in mind Safeguard all Company property, confidential information or privileged knowledge relating to work This job description is neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder may be required to carry out duties other than those listed, which are within their capabilities, from time to time.
