Hours . 09:00 - 17:30 Mon - Fri and 10:00 - 16:00 Sat - Rota Role Summary Our Client is an Outsourced Contact Centre that works on behalf of several organisations to support them with their business requirements.Asthe Team Manager your main responsibility will be to deliver clients sales targets through performance management, training, coaching and inspirational leadership. To manage the day to day delivery of a team of 12 -15 sales professionals, driving sales performance and maximising the client’s ROI and profitability. Responsibilities Understanding the importance of clients SLA’s Lead, motivate, develop and coach a team to overachieve Clients Sales Targets Identify strengths and weaknesses providing ongoing training and coaching, setting individual objectives. Deliver a thriving and driven Sales Team Deliver inspirational team buzz sessions Monitor, analyse and report trends to support training and coaching Analyse executive’s performance, giving feedback and implementing recommendations in line with client requirements Devise and maintain call quality measurement Product champion ensuringthe executives have an up to date and comprehensive level of product knowledge Lead by Example Provide highly visible leadership and clear communication of shared business values and goals Ensure regular 1-1 sessions are booked in and completed with team members Be an advocate of the company’s processes Could this be the ideal role for? You will have previous outbound sales and management experience in a high-volume capacity, ideally within a contact centre environment.
