Basic Salary £20,000 OTE £36,000 (uncapped) Basic Salary gradually progresses to £24k with good performance Extra holiday given for good performance Are you looking for your next step in your career, love helping people and selling? Our client is looking for ambitious individuals to join their fast growing company, to assess interested customers, from initial online application through to the sale, for their range of courses which help them change their careers or take a step up in their current role. For this, you'll need: Great communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in sales, telephone based preferably To enjoy building relationships and closing sales To be ambitious and competitive To be a team player Strong IT and Microsoft office skills Main job responsibilities: Contact potential applicants via the phone once they have already registered their interest and information online Taking ownership of their experience, from initial contact to the inception of the course Achieve agreed KPI's & sales targets Ensuring CRM database is kept up to date Follow correct procedure for collecting payment from customers Take part in regular training and development to stay up to date with relevant knowledge As well as a competitive salary, and commission structure, the company also offer a long list of other benefits including progression and on site parking If this sounds like the perfect next step for you, then apply now
