Job Description Employed Full Time Direct Sales Professional - All Areas We are investing heavily to expand our direct sales team and are looking for high quality direct sales professionals all over the country. We are a fast growing national company specialising in Wills, Estate Planning and Pre-paid Funeral Plans , who supply fully qualified leads to our field sales force ( no cold calling), and although we already have a large sales team, such is the interest in our products and services, we need to expand this further. No experience necessary in this industry as full training will be provided . The applicant needs to be very experienced in direct sales and a high converter who has a proven track record and is looking for an exciting new challenge in an industry which offers very high earning potential and long term job security. Your role will be to help, guide and provide clients with solutions This often includes helping them choose the right Will, Trust or Funeral Plan and associated services that are best suited to their individual needs, requirements and budget. We are one of the only providers of these products and services that offer in-house finance and up to 5 years interest free facilities. What would you need to become successful in our business? You need to be: Professional, reliable and an excellent communicator Self-motivated and totally customer focused Committed to building your customer base with our full support and guidance Respectful and at ease in dealing with all types of people, especially mature aged clients.
