Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Assessor who will be responsible for assessing apprentices going through an in-depth training programme which will lead on to completion of Vehicle Maintenance qualifications including Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. The successful candidate will have a passion for giving back their experience and knowledge to trainees on a learning curve, providing guidance as required and ensuring they are operating to the required standards. As well as working on some of the most high-profile projects in the UK we also offer a supportive work environment where innovation is at the heart of what we do. What do I need to do the role? Although this role is within training and development this is not a necessity as we provide full on the job training. Ideally you will come from a hands on technician role within a garage with a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas: Ability to communicate clearly with people from all walks of life. Be passionate about developing trainees eager to learn within the world of vehicle maintenance. Have a broad range of knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance. What else do I need to know?
