Overview
Established in 1835 my client is one of the largest Estate Agency brands in London with over 90 offices across the rest of the UK and they are currently looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator for their Surrey Quays office. Ideally you will have had at least 12 months industry experience in either Sales or Lettings, have a smart appearance, be well spoken, confident, well mannered, a good communicator and hungry to carve yourself a career in this exciting industry, you must also have full UK driving licence. The role is varied and requires a degree of flexibility. Day-to-day duties include: Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let Offering services to landlords & vendors Developing leads into viewings/instructions Carrying out viewings Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback Negotiating offers Diary management Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements Knowledge of Reapit software would be an advantage but not essential Package on offer: £23,500 Basic (dependant on experience) 7.5% commission on all deals which will rise to 10% after 4 months £250 per month Car allowance £100 Per month Petrol allowance £20 per month Mobile phone allowance OTE £35,000 Hours: Working hours are 8.45am-6.45pm Monday-Thursday Friday 8.45am-5pm Saturday 10-4 You will work alternate weeks of Monday-Saturday then Tuesday-Saturday 6 day week/5 day week This is a very good opportunity to work for one of London's leading agencies, earn good levels of commission and progress your career
