Our client is a well-known brand and market leader. They have a requirement for 2 x New Business Sales Executives to join their busy, fast growing team in London. This internal sales role is a pivotal one. Successful candidates will need to be resilient, adaptable and proactive within this competitive landscape. The position will be ideal for someone who gets excited by results, is competitive by nature and willing to go above and beyond to ensure an over target performance. We are looking for absolute go-getters Key responsibilities: Identifying new prospects through lead sourcing and selling to an existing prospect base to grow the coverage of the brand across the UK. Maximizing conversion of both outbound prospecting (90%) and inbound leads. Exceed KPI’s & sales targets consistently. Maintaining customer data accurately on our Salesforce CRM system. Key behaviours: Showing passion in selling the company’s products and services. You will play an active role in creating a culture of high performance. You will be committed to your own development path and continuous improvement, seeking out feedback from the business on your performance and improving your approach. Effective communication internally and externally. Accuracy, diligence, organisational brilliance and multi-tasking. Keeping abreast of industry developments. Working with integrity at all times. The person: Recent business to business sales experience, ideally within a subscription-based business but not a necessity. Proven track record with demonstratable sales figures to match. Excellent verbal and written communication skills & ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels in the organisation. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Understanding of the online media space and/or estate agency industry and advantage but not a necessity. Works well independently and in a team environment but self-driven to achieve personal targets.
