Benefits for you: Competitive Basic Salary of up to £90,000 Uncapped Commission OTE £140,000 (Including Base Salary) 25 days paid holiday bank holidays Private health insurance, Life assurance Company pension scheme Subsidised gym membership Excellent Development and career progression About the Role of Sales Manager Reporting into the Sales Director you will lead a team of experienced Business Development Managers and Account Managers who are responsible for selling online compliance risk solutions and e learning to new and existing accounts across the UK & Europe including Insurance Firms, Banks, Law Firms, Asset Managers and Corporates. Day to day responsibilities will include: Providing daily leadership and support to a team of field based Business Development Managers / Account Managers and working to ensure they hit / exceed their monthly / quarterly sales targets Lead and coach the sales team from prospecting and networking to building relationships with clients Motivate the sales team to perform at the highest level Develop long term vision and strategy for the sales team and manage day to day operations with a focus on performance against key sales metrics Recruit, hire and develop a world class sales team to support growth targets Implement and monitor KPI’s, increase forecast accuracy and help the sales team execute account strategies and campaigns Collaborate with other stakeholders across the business to maximise sales efficiency and revenue growth opportunities Ensure growth opportunities are identified through the creation, maintenance and implementation of territory plans If you have a minimum of 5 Years in Sales Management within the Compliance or Risk sector and are looking to progress your career with a market leader that offers fantastic 'long term’ career progression and growth then we would love to hear from you Your skills and experience: Minimum of 5 Years Sales Management experience within Risk or Compliance Proven track record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment Track record of success in a sales leadership roles - consistently managed sales teams who have achieved or exceeded sales targets Proven success in the application of sales training (SPIN, Solution Selling, Challenger Sales Methodology etc.) Experience of instilling a sales culture Exceptional sales coaching ability with the ability to inspire others Apply now for this Sales Manager role.
