Overview
We have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Bid Executive to join a niche professional services firm which specialise in translation and interpretation You will be providing day-to-day support to both the Bid Manager and the Compliance Manager Responsibilities Work closely with the Bid Manager and sales team to create winning bids, proposals and pitches Develop relevant information for each bid Manage and meet submission deadlines Evaluate tender documents, contribute to bid/no bid decisions drawing on technical and commercial resources Ensure that bids produced are to the highest possible standard Develop bid strategies in line with business opportunities Source and research data and information in support of bids/pitches Share best practice bid/pitch collateral with other Bid managers and the sales organisation Support the Compliance & Implementation Manager to conduct internal audits and compliance activities to set standards across the business Requirements A proven track record of writing persuasive commercial material Educated to degree level Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate clearly and persuasively boh verbally and written Strong analytical skills Keen attention to detail Well organised Able to meet tight deadlines Motivated and results driven Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a 'can do’ attitude Knowledge of the Interpreting industry - desirable Experience in commercial writing or bid writing - desirable Your application will be passed to our team of recruitment consultants and should your skills and experience match the recruitment needs of our client, we will forward your CV to them so they can consider whether or not your application is suitable for this vacancy.
