Our client is one of the UK's leading owners and providers of serviced office space across London. A n established business with many years experience delivering first-class serviced offices and meeting spaces and venues. Due to the continued growth of the organisation, they're seeking to recruit a sales professional to pick-up enquiries and manage the sales process from start to finish. You will be the first point of contact for any prospective clients, but more than that you’ll be a crucial part of the Sales team. You will be involved in the sales process, from making contact with new clients, arranging viewings and finalising agreements. You’ll be dealing with clients every day so professionalism is of the utmost importance. Our client strives to succeed to be the best in their industry, previously winning various awards. If you can juggle tasks with a smile on your face and deliver great customer service then this role is for you. Our client has training available to help you grow in your role in order for you to progress further when opportunities become available. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Pro-actively sell serviced office space across the portfolio To have an articulate, polite and professional telephone manner at all times Meeting or exceeding Sales targets (Team Based) Attend viewings of the office space, with potential clients and conducting these in a professional manner Provide reporting to agreed format and timescales, when and as required You will be the first point of contact for any prospective clients, arranging viewings and finalising agreements Pursuing warms leads generated through their website enquiries and their excellent relationships with both Commercial and online office space Brokers. Important that you are able to build relationships with both Brokers, agents and new clients A proven track record of selling to SME and corporate clients within a high-quality service and s ales environment. Ability to work within a structured and successful sales environment. Ownership of all 1 - 5-person new office sales. Conversion from enquiry to sale. Outreach to third-party agent and broker partners. Driving awareness of product through visits and events, availability levels and sales activity Provide essential support to the inside sales team when required for allocation of new enquiries and inbound calls from prospects and agents Support sales team on larger requirements with proposals, floorplans and tour accompaniments Work with Marketing to support our social media campaigns You will have the ability to deal with clients at all levels Daily management of your various KPI’s set out in place to drive new sales .
