Overview

We're on the look out for a Sales Executive to join us and ensure that the UK’s pubs, bars and shops are taking snacking seriously In the past year we've grown our range to twelve, taken over three railway arches in Peckham, attended numerous beer festivals and gone through an extremely successful crowdfunding raise. 2019 was a HUGE year for us, and we’re now looking for someone to join our sales team this year to ensure 2020 is even bigger. A typical day Building relationships with our customers Phone calls, mailers and other channels; a big part of the day will be spent keeping in touch with customers ensuring they have everything they need and answering any questions they might have Maintaining our Order Sheet & CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system From inputting orders, to making notes on a customer's requirements, to keeping on top of when customers like to order. Our CRM and Order Sheet help us to plan and record what we do so maintaining both is part of every day Working with our wonderful Operations Team to ensure smooth delivery and tracking to your customers - taking the order is only the beginning, ensuring it lands with the customer complete and on time is the next part Our Operations Team take care of this but keeping in constant contact with them is always important Winning new customers and accounts with a focus on phone calls. We’ll provide training, support and advice to help you bring on new customers Attending trade and consumer shows You must have Five GCSE grades C - A (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths Skills needed: The confidence to engage with people on the phone and face to face Self-starter and good ability to prioritise Patient and resilient Open to learning and listening, and confident to share own ideas A good understanding of commerce and a genuine interest in the craft food and drink industry Passion, initiative and enthusiasm in bucket loads Perks and benefits: Casual dress code Discounts Pension WhiteHat community Training provided: Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Business Administration (BA3) apprenticeship. Future prospects: After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
